India is a land of exploitation. The british exploited us till 1947 and now the BPO's. My wife here in England also works for a call centre in CSC UK and does hardly any work and lands up with a neat 23000 Pounds a year. Whereas in India where all the grey matter is , we seem to find peanuts being paid to them. What is this? clear and crystal exploitation. Its about time the government started introducing minimum wage rates, premium pay for night shifts and better employer and employee relationship.
