My sympathies with the subject.But i have reservations about the attempt to generalise the situation at call centers
All this talk of call centers taking away your life and making you a slave is far-fetched..I personally know many of my friends working in call centers in B`lore who are happy with the job and dont have such complaints .. Thr maybe exceptions but a very small percentage and thr is no doubt in my mind tht it should be regularised
