An ideal & professional call centre should have enough workforce, to allow each individual, to take short breaks every hour. In fact, not allowing to take breaks, violates the human rights of the employee. I would suggest individuals, to have this written in the job appointment, as an agreement, that there should be no restriction on breaks during work.
