I agree at the amount of stress involved in this job that will sooner or later make the youth of the society sick, unable to relate properly to friends, relatives around, will take its toll on the happy married life of newly weds, and the fatigue and the body reaction to change of work schedule will affect the gross developmentof a stronger society. I feel there has to be a human touch to the job.
