hey mukherjee i pity on u. i am also the same as u, employed in a BPO firm but not on the call centre but of financial services at hyderabad. Yes, these BPO firms levy a lot of work pressure but here in hyderabad it's not as harsh as u said in kolkata. but these is the tie that we indians earn money. u can't expect a job of 7,500 at the age of 20. work hard but not ur earlier firm as those firms as not worthful for working. all BPO's are not similar.
