I am a Senior Project Manager in a Construction firm constructing the most infamous National Highway Project. I get up and as bullet released from Colt .32 pistol go for work at 4:00AM inthe morning. If anything goes wrong, I tell them, if anybody asks, tell that this is planning of the Sr.Proj.Manager, so that none will fire them. Ireturn home around 12:00Midnight, all exhausted and sleep for 3 hours. That's all and I'm ready to take on next days job, ready like ammunition released from AK57. Intelligence, Hardwork and how fast you react for a given circumstance. Positive attitude, taking responsibilities, quickest reaction, analysis are the most and over everything Honesty, Sincerity, Confidence n conviction are very vital.
