Early to bed early to rise keeps one in good health. I think that going to work early always finer.It is more pleasant early in the morning to stretch out to work that the late hours or mid hours or odd hours.
The reverse clock mechanism will give rise to unwanted habits and sleep disorders. Never change the rythm of natural clock, body clock too. It will have great repercussions.
