True part time scenario.

Hi Rashmi,
It seems that you are too good to handle this MBA bomb So i would like to put my two queries.
1. I am Civil engineer working as an designer do i need to do an MBA .
2. If i had to do an MBA what would be the sucess rate if i complete it as a part timer.
