BPO career

1.yes, its 100% true that in a BPO centre, the youngsters quit the job because of pressure at work & at home.
2.the other reason is,when they r often make changes in shift their health get distructed.
3.Cant expect a drastic or dynamic promotion in this field.
4.like anyother office, this work environment has lot of politics & partiality prevailing.
5.last but not the least, the salary package wise, cant expect more in BPO centre, other benefits like gaining incentives & bonus etc is available.
6.They cant take leave for a period of a week or so.
7.In case of reputation in society for BPO is not to the mark.

all the above constraints the resignation of these types of jobs very often by the youngsters. Fresh graduates do come for money on emergency not on the aspect of career oriented.
