well, i didnt visit Delhi recently, but know a bit about sushi...
Usually fish, octopus etc are used in sushi, that too raw!... if it were in Kerala or Goa, i could have undestood where the fresh fish comes from. In delhi if they give you raw fish, better dont eat that....
Sushi made without fish is a distinct possibility, but then why call it sushi!
