Excellent article...
Its a truth that the number of institutions in India are growing as mushrooms in rainy season..
I thing i have noted is the lack of practical experience for the graduates ..In contrast in America or Europe ,the Academic structure incorporate practical trainings and Internships. The system boost the confidence of the student and increase the knowledge in particular field. In India it should be adapted .Also institutions and Companies should go hand in hand. Also more research and development should be done.

I guess serious research work may be going on in IIT's and other prestigious institutes.if you see an ordinary Engg.College, the qulaity of the student is low compared to the IIT's and other institutes. The difference is more because of this problem.

Teachers should also help students in this regard .?
I would like to read more about the article.....

Not the quantity,quality is important!!
