Its nothing like that IITians are taught badly
the only differnece is that in india people madly follow the crowds
At 12 th class they dont know why they are going to IIT .Only cause everybody going that way so let it be

Then after completing also its the same way.They only see money and where the crowd is going.They cant think this much that they could start their own company by working on one of the core technology

management is in built .you cant develop it by going to a B school.Its only that you move along the flow

PLus here the gradation is pretty bad .A technical person should and a managerial person should get the same amount of money if they have got the same level of experience.Because everybody is behind money only

The thing is dont follow the crowd
