I would rather say IIT still r upto some standard.. i m among one of those .. who myself agree that i m not that quality engineer one would expect. When i see my freinds at IIT or NSIT. there is a big difference... To add on i was in market and the bookshop personal told me that i guess more than 60% engineering students(among the total) come to me for books and return there books at end of semester.. pretty sad state of affair.
