INDIAN ENGINEERS
by rajivupadhyay on Dec 09, 2004 05:04 PM

'Indian engineers "is a misleading term.300000 engineers cant be clubbed in one category.Their caliber varies from best in the world to possibly worst in the world as the rag tag colleges produce rubbish. But lack of R&D IS NOT a factor. In india both in science and engineering ,practical and creative training is inadequate due lack of facilities as well as lack of aptitude.Indian research is possibly worst in the world. We have achieved so little. We are least referred and least respected. The less research we have the better it is as phoney research spoils every one's image.
