Chappell takes fresh guard

Just yesterday Chappel blamed BCCI for racial abuse.Now how shamelessly he is taking up the RCA job.Does he think that RCA is not in India ?
Lalit Modi's Indianness is great.How shamelessly he is giving him the charge of RCA ?
Is he an Indian ?
