risi, u chose the easy way out and that is legalising it. why?? because it is easy and it is followed in some western countries. Never mind half of western teens and adults are drug addicts becos of easy availabilty of drugs(legally). u just want to legalise it. Never mind that even kids in india will start taking drugs. u just dont care. why?? becos even western kids take drugs. right?? And when they dont have problem taking drugs,why should we have right?? Regarding dealing with mafia. Banning, and adopting strict measures to prevent the entry of drugs into india and also manufacturing drugs in india, can also disrupt mafia trade and revenues. Your arguement is similar to suggesting a person to take pain killers and decrease the pain when someone is hitting him with a hammer,instead of suggesting him to get away from the hammer.
