Hyden & Ponting (if at all they have any iota of spotsmanship)should first ask the ICC to annul the Sydney test and then both teams will be 1 - 1 and then start the challenge. Had it not that umpires conspiracy India should have been leading 2 - 1 and Australia sholud have been under stremondous pressure to level the series. If the ICC have any moral values they should appoint an enquiry commission to go into the Sydney Conspiracy and reveal the culprits behind it.
