Agree to Gurudutt's comments.... Ponting should be telling this story (that he wants to be the respected 'captain' and the team as 'respected team') to his team mates who are as arrogant as he is... so that they start behaving like respectfully... in a "Give respect, Take respect" attitude.... and not simply talk about it ... actions speak louder than words Mr.Ponting.....
