i'd presume *astard is a legal word, that can be taught to a school boy ?

in india, unmindful of the cricketing controversy or your yankee instance. an average school boy would say " DONT ACT LIKE A MONKEY"

its a different story if someone was specifically targeted for racial abuse mindful of the racial slur in their culture.
