ICC and its men are the wisest of people...but on hindsight, in this they are 2nd to none, their hindsightness is far in excess of anyone elses, so much so that it compensates for their complete lack of foresight as has been seen over the years in their way of handling stock situations let alone grave ones
malcolm speed is an aussie so it makes sense to have bucknor around so that he can rule in favour of the aussies against their opponents
they continue to make the same mistakes over and over again (which would imply that their hindsight is also frail?)
