In the US, one has to shell out $200 for a series or $10 per game, unless one prefers to watch on the spyware prone peer-2-peer network or freezing, jerking and blurry action on "free internet". So, the money for these bozos who are buying their slaves, comes from the US and a few other spots on earth.
