Don't know who is the winner. But one thing is for sure - TV viewers ought to prepare themselves to view millions of ads. Presently, even as the final ball of the over is bowled, Ads takeover the screen before the ball is 'dead'. Now that overheads have sky-rocketed, what with the players being overpaid, I expect ads will be projected soon after the 5th ball of the over itself. How else can the broadcasters recover costs? .... Ha! Ha! You thought you'd get to watch cricket's finest without pain...? No pain, No gain ! Can any dude innovate a set-top controller that switches the screen over to cool music videos as soon as the ads splash on the screen and return to the 'live' game when the ads fade out ??? Eh! all you jiving electroncs whizzes, stop farting and turn useful!
