I fully agree with Kimble's opinion on the situation with regard to the players behaviour.But these guys require psycho-analysis to see how they can behave like gentelmen both on and off the field. Can they not learn from Dravid, Kumble and Sachin-who have been role models. I think family background also counts. Severe punishment is the only stick that can mend these fellows who behave badly. Secondly do not dole out all their fees and keep back 50% to be paid at the end of the contract period-that too subject to their behaviour being good and their performance is good.
