RE:Bhajji has misused collegues' support
by VSR on Apr 30, 2008 01:09 PM

One is the incident happened in Australia where 11 Aussie guys used sledging and Bhajji replied with his derogatory marks, which was offensive and not racial. And the BCCI stood by them with Kumle and Sachin supporting Bhajji in the moment where India lost a match because of poor umpiring and high handed behaviour of Aussies. In the present case, Sresanth said "Hard Luck" to Bhajji while handshaking. In real terms saying "Hard Luck" is neither racial nor derogatory, nor offensive in any manner if the expression showed by Sreesanth would have been sympathy. If Sreesanth using a wicked smile and telling Bhajji "Hard Luck" would have certainly put Bhajji on dock this guy lost his cool and punched. In fact Bhajji should not have done this and paying the heavy price. What Kumble means here is to manage guys like Bhajji who has been paid heavy price tag.
