Rediff published a news item on
Gujarat's delay. Every Govt has its style of functioning and rewarding. See Guj is stting up a corpus fund for all Sportsperson without consideration of any caste,creed or colour. Still everyone incl U Presswallas call Guj Govt Communal etc., etc.,
