Socialists may argue it is waste of money. For Capitalists it is marketing to make more money. You must first understand this is not Tax payers money but BCCI giving away from what they made from Ads and other revenue. There are so many NGO's to support needy. Rs. 1 Crore can be collected in one night if few celebs do a stage show. Don't wine about it. Think what you can do and do it and rest will follow.
