Dude.. i understand additional 1 crore rupees is a waste of govt money...I understand that 1 crore rupees should have been invested in bringing more employment to those who are suffering with poverty.... but stop the non-sense about no need of celebration.. what the hell... we didnt work as efficiently on one day JUST BECAUSE WE WERE HAPPY... i can count sooo many freaking days and hours when most of us did not feel good or energetic or happy or spirited enough to do our work.... DONT U KNOW EVEN THIS MUCH THAT WE WILL MORE PRODUCTIVE WHEN WE ARE HAPPY...
