But Modi is the only CM who was first to reward all the polices who risk their lives to combat terrorism. The Ayodhya episode, Nagpur episode and few more, when police took action against the terrorists and killed or capture them on site, this Modi was the first to come out, even before the central govt to announce the reward. Also Modi probably knows how much money these cricketers make, and he does not want to discriminate between the hockey players and cricket players - like most CM do. Got it right?
