you expect logical comments to your post whereas what you have suggested is totally illogical.Agreed this team has played wonderfully under Dhoni's captaincy but 50 overs and test cricket is a totally different cup of tea, u need mix of experience and youth now since the captaincy is not there with any senior (read indian triumvariate)i think they can all concentrate on their game better plus youngsters like utthappa,gambhir,rohit sharma can be played on rotation basis giving the seniors rest.This way when they retire the people replacing them permanently will have enough experience.I still believe rahul,sachin,Laxman and ganguly have 2-3 years of good cricket left in them.
