I could'nt quite understand...how can u label monkey chant as racist? Symonds does look like monkey..so he is called monkey. Similarly Inzamam is fat and he is called ALOO. Murlitharan is a chucker so he was called CHUCKER by Aussie crowd. What is the big deal? I am sure most of the players (or celebrities of all types) have one CHED or the other. What is racist abt it. Had they not made an issue out of it no body would have known abt it...now wherever symonds is going to go in the world he is going to be booed with the monkey. May Allah help him when he plays in Pakistan next time.
