While I'm here...

I'd like to ask a question. Why do Indian's burn stuff? I don't understand.

If Ponting gets out a typical Australian reaction is 'oh damn'. Then life carries on.

If Tendulkar gets out, the typical Indian reaction is to take to the streets and burn shit. Why? How is that at all an appropriate reaction? Hell how is it a reaction at all? Where's the sense in it?

Australia lose - damn.
India lose -Burn shit and riot.
Why?

Is it something to do with how you all burnt women if their husbands died? Like a carried on tradition?

And what's with the effigys? A scarecrow with a picture of Tendulkar's face on it is not.... well I dunno, no idea. And if you're gonna burn effigies of him atleast go through the trouble of getting some more straw and making it as fat as him. If you're gonna do something do it right hey?

So yeah, can anyone answer the question?
