What exactly is abusive about this?

Some Indian things worse than the Indian Cricket team.
A man can shoot a waitress at point blank range in a crowded resturaunt and get away with it.
A politician's son can stalk, rape and strangle to death a girl with a power cord and then get away with it.
A politician's son can drive into and kill multiple homeless people and get away with it.
Gangs steal children, amputate their limbs and send them out to beg for them.
Parents en mass force their children into prostitution so that they can keep the money that it earns them.
Women need seperate train carriages to avoid rape.
The police and the army are well known gang rapists.
