I can't help recalling Gavaskar's recent comment prior to the World Cup in West Indies calling Australia a great team but not good individuals. He also recalled the West Indies all conquering team of 70s and 80s compring the Great Clive Lloyd, King Richards etc. It is true that such a West Indian team though were all conquering similar to the present day Australian team, their on field behaviour and approach to other teams was cordial and even the members of the team defeated only had a sense of respect towards the West indian Team.

But think of this Australian team. Except for some players like Adam Gilchrist the entire Australian team only poses an arrogant group on the field intolerable even in rare defeats and always sledging invariably whether the player is a class batsman or a tailender.

There is a famous proverb "See your back before peeping into other's back" which would suit the Australians. Though we are not favouring any racial abuse which needs to be condemned, the attitude and behaviour of the australian team needs to improve leaps and bounds if they are to get friends around the world. Another point to be added is the umpires, ICC and other supporting officials are always finding fault with Asian teams while allowing the faulty Australians or English players coolly. Justice should be equal to all. The match referee Chris Broad is well known for siding to the Whites. It is better that these officials change for the better before getting any treatme
