Hi Amit. u see i was once a player of chennai districts. wat u say is corre4ct. lot of guys here who dont no the fundementals of cricket start to abuse him., if he fails in 2 or 3 matches. if they go on and see the statisttics of sachin , as far as heis play, 63% of his centuries has helped india win the test matches and 12% drawing it single handedly.and same with ODIs. CAn any1 here challenge this. As Amit said its not that THey wuld have kept him as jewel in their country.
