Too Many Cooks

The problem with making a deal with anything in India is the lack of consensus. This shows not only in the Nuke deal or Dabhol but in every aspect of life. Indian curriculum must include basic lessons in good manners, civility, punctuality, professionalism, respect for authority, elocution and courtesy. This is what is going to make Indians stand out in the long run. Right now professionalism is badly lacking in India. Or India will fast lose credibility as a good place to do business with.
