Dont keep saying v didnt have this ,v didnt have that and still v won during our days...everythings is evolving...and cricket is also..a good coach need not be a good player and vise versa... Also a good player wont always be a bad coach.... only if experience fetch u job then most will be jobless..experience matters but not the only one that matters... Let him have a go for 2 years and c how he performs..if he does well he would have with him a good bunch of youngsters(by that time most seniors wld have retired) and will have a solid one and half year to work for the WC. If he dont put in a new coach..... its the right time to take the chance ... People dont criticise any before letting him do his job.
