The point is, privately registered firm BCCI can of course decide whom to hire for their services, but they haven't got the monopolistic right to select the National or or Regional teams as there is already an equivalent body ICL, The Ministry of Sports will have to step in, form a seperate committee from both and beyond, so that the National team is always the best NATIONAL TEAM, not a BCCI team.
