It is not the team, that is mainly at fault.It is the domestic conditions of cricket that has to be changed.It is not the batsmen, not the bowlers, not the coach that has to be blamed for overseas failure.If someone can help the Indian team, it should be the groundstaff in India.WE NEED PITCHES COMPARABLE TO THE ONES OVERSEAS.we need grassy wickets that will teach our batsmen to play pace bowling.We need to do something drastic, like make indoor stadiums with windy indoors, cooling systems and grassy pitches, that will simulate the playing conditions seen abroad.And also select 40 players( players in peak form from domestic matches to be divided into 3 teams( like red, green and blue)and to play matches competitively all the time(the games need to be recorded as first class matches).Select the cream team from all these teams before a major series, whether it is in India or abroad.Dont give the impression to some of the senior players, that they are forever in the national team.Select the best, play the best-without any politics.
