Kick people like Sachin, Sehwag and Rahul out of the team... they are very powerful.. but only against teams like Zimbabwe and Bangladesh.. They score centuries agsint such teams and cement their place for next 50 matches... We need people like Ricky Ponting, Lara, Smith, who perform in the crucial ties.. remember Pontings innings in the last world cup final... thats what we need... player who r tigers on the wars and not on papers..
