We don't need dictators but technically sound coach and India has many with right attitude. 2. get mohinder Amarnath, He's the fighter and we need fighters not heroes (mostly self made or by Media) 3. Dravid is a good batsman, let him be so. He's not a good leader. 4.Ask ganguly to captain India and then pass on it to Yuvraj. We need aggressive captains.
and the Fianl thing..... What is this all rubbish about "Form". I failed to understand why this word is used to sympathise some not performing player. If you feel you are out of form go out and get your form. Why country should bear you to regain your form at the cost of some in form player and hence losing games. i think this is the HIGHEST IDIOCY i have seen recently.
