There is no dedication or commitment to victory in all the members- How many cricketers throw themselves and stop a boundary ?While Mcgrath(36) dives to stop,Munaf(22)tries to stop with foot. Link all payment to performance and parallely Ban all sponsorships by individual players.Currently they make more money on ads than playing cricket. This has to change. This calls for a systemic change
