We change our attitude & we will be the winner. First let their interest be in playing cricket only ( focussed ) rather than modelling & Ads.This will eliminate their distraction of mind. Bring that killer instinct.This to be done by selectors & coach.You may have to use fear as the criteria. Stalwarts like Sachin,Sehwag, Dravid should not be in a hurry to leave the crease. Bowlers should bowl only wicket to wicket ( no wides please )........let the batsman make the mistakes...... which is bound to happen.Lets achieve this first.....we will improve a lot.Next further steps is a secret which will be disclosed later.
