Remember, Gavaskar was one of the Worst One Day Batsman. His One Day Record is abysmal. Sachin's One Day record is far more outstanding than his Test Record. Lara's form is Ripening with his age and His Test records speak for him. But, with age on Ponting's Side, It would not be suprising if he Goes to break all One Day and Test Records (barring Lara's Magical 400). Sachin, is out of form and has no motivation left in him.
