Kashnir and Bihar are most corrupt states in India. That is why players of these two states don't get chances in national/international cricket. Cricket association is there in kashmir but the prisident of JKCA is the big corrupt person of India(Dr. Farooq Abdulla). He can not benifit any one than himself.
