If the decision is really serious it should be enforced on other out of form players no matter how much senior they are. This is to be a warning to such players but the initiation should have been with atleast 2 or 3 players so that the only isolated player should not be kept in dark alone. Let us wish all out of form players now and even Irfan hereafter take a lesson and get their form back.
