hi, I totally agree with the comment. The think i will like to add is; there should be point system, If a player is low on performance, send him in internal matches and let him cover some points for qualifying in team. So target orientation will be implemented. Shehwag is also not in form so, why shegwag sent back to India I m Questioning to Chappel & dravid. Chappel has no right to demolige a young player he give contribution from his bat he might be in form in test Match
