According to me sending Patan back was not a wiser decision especially when selection committee till now hasn't named any replacement as yet. VRV Singh hasn't performed good in first test so according to me he should be replaced by Pathan in this test. It not only gave India an extra bat, also the pressure while bowling should be less on Pathan as Zaheer and Sreesanth are performing great.
