Fake of Indian Cricket
by R. Ram Kumar on Sep 28, 2005 02:12 PM

As per words of Mr.Mahendra, they both (Saurav & Chappell)should be compromised and work together. Chappell is not a player of the team, to compromise and work together with another player. He as a coach has done his duty, by pointing out where is fault and where to be corrected. The main point he mentioned is 'ganguly is unfit by mentally and physically'. This is not compromising question. It is a enquriring question to ganguly. I like to point out the selection policy of the Australians. They first select the 12 players and then finally choose the captain, among 12. But in India, after selecting the captain only, the rest of the team is selected with consulting this selected captain. One more thing I like to point out - Australians have lost one day series angainst New Zealand in 2002-03 at home. Immediately, the Australia Cricket Board, dropped the captain Mastermind Steven Waugh from the one day series. But, our Ganguly is continuing in the team as a captian, even though lost of many series in finals and test series. This is the fake of our Indian Cricket. A best team need not have a 12 ever best players; but, a wise captain is a must to handle this 11 players. That's all.
