At the start of the article it is most boring place to watch cricket for him but then at the end he starts liking it and says that he has enjoyed every game he has watched over there!! What kind of nonsense is this!!
Powerplay is yuck in the beginning but then we have to be fair and say that Powerplay adds little bit of excitement and drama to the game! Duh!! That's precisely what the ICC wanted. They wanted to add some excitement and drama to the 25 to 40 over yawn period in an ODI.
And what's up with the obsession with McGrath trying to win the game for Australia with 6 balls remaining and 4 runs to get? Such scenarios will happen once in a blue moon and what's the harm if Australia have a better batsmen than McGrath to win yet another game for Australia.
