no sense having foreign coach
by Sandip Bose on Apr 22, 2005 01:51 AM

I really really beg to differ with Mr. Wadekar. In today's world, like everything else, cricket is very competitive and a hardcore professional's game. We definitely need a foregn coach because he will be above the regional bias. To me, Greg Chappell or Steve Waugh will be a good choice keeping in 2007 world cup in mind(Their records are phenomenal). I can't accept that Sandeep Patil belonged to the same class as Greg Chappell. I would like to have an Australian coach as he only might have the recipe to beat the world champions. Please take the "coach" issue seriously.
